Good Afternoon RMS Family:

This week brought a lot of new information, which we did not feel could wait until Friday (and maybe, just maybe, Fridays email will be shorter).  We also discovered that the second half of the Friday Focus did not make it to everyone.

So here, without further ado, is the news for today, some new, some old.

Be well, stay safe, take care of each other:

Grade Level Parent Welcome Meetings

RMS Counselors John LaCrosse and Liz Powers invite middle school parents to meet the second week of school for grade-level meetings. We hope that by this time families will have had a few days to settle into their schedules and routines, and we also will be looking for ways to streamline middle school transition. Parent engagement at RMS has always been wonderful, and we look forward to hearing about the initial student experience and how we can support students this year.

The 6th grade parent meeting will take place Wednesday 9/16 at 6 PM

RMS Health Office Updates

We have had many questions about our protocols surrounding students who are sick, both with and without symptoms of the corona virus.

Many thanks to Abby Pelletier, who has created the following letter outlining the protocols designed to help us take care of each other.
